The Ministry of Urban Development (MoUD) is the nodal ministry for implementing
the SUTP on behalf of the Government of India. A National Project Director (NPD)
designated by the MoUD would be the executive head of the SUTP.
The Housing and Environment Department of Government of Chhattisgarh is the nodal
department for the Naya Raipur BRTS Project.
