Allotment of Plot for Specialty Hospital

 To build
and operate 100-bedded Super-specialty hospital as per the International standards
/ Indian Public Health Standard (IPHS) within a period of
Five Years from the date of execution of lease deed However, the Tenderer may construct
50 beds capacity within three years from the date of execution
of lease deed and remaining 50 beds capacity within next two years.

To provide
services in at least four specialties along with required medical equipments, qualified
and experienced medical specialists and staff from
the following medical specialties in the Hospital within three years from the date
of execution of lease deed -

Departments / Specialties
|

1. Trauma Care
|
|
2. Cardio Thoracic Care Unit (ICCU- Intensive Cardiac Care Unit)
|
|
3. Intervention specialty and Cerebral Intervention
|
|
4. Neurology unit
|
|
5. Obs & Gynecology
|
|
6. Pediatric unit with NICU – Neonetal Intensive Care unit
|
|
7. Dental unit for surgery
|
|
8. Ophthalmology and ENT
|
|
9. Orthopedics
|
|
|
Pathology
and Radiology units as required shall also be provided. The hospital shall also
have a round the clock emergency unit.

Parking:
The parking provision within the plot shall be as per the development control regulations
of Naya Raipur development plan. Separate parking
facility shall be provided for visitors within the plot.

|
Disposal
of medical waste: The Tenderer shall be responsible for the disposal of medical
waste in scientific and statutory method without creating
any health hazards.

Other Facilities
|
|
Pathology
and Radiology units as required shall also be provided. The hospital shall also
have a round the clock emergency unit.
|
|
Restaurants,
ATMs, Pharmacy for the convenience of the patients in area not exceeding Ten percent
of built up area, can be provided within the hospital
complex.
